Mistral: Status

The following describes the current status of Mistral, and gives an idea of future plans. This is not considered absolute; if something is described as complete, it may still require minor tweaks, otherwise nothing would ever get to 100%.

Buildings and economy 85%
  • All planned buildings can be built.
  • Units cannot deal with water properly.
  • Fisher does not current fish.
  • Mines do not mine nearby squares.
Transport 60%
  • Paths and flags can be built
  • Carriers carry goods on paths
  • Carriers request help on busy paths
  • There is no dynamic optimisation of routes
  • Water routes are unimplemented
Knights and Combat 10%
  • Knights and military buildings can be created
  • More than one knight will not occupy a building
  • Combat between knights is unimplemented
AI players 0%
  • No AI players are implemented.
Challenge mode gameplay 90%
  • Challenge mode works.
  • Substantial tweaks are needed.
Conquest mode gameplay 10%
  • Land can be owned
  • No opponants available
User interface and graphics 10%
  • Localisation is supported.
  • 2d landscape implemented, but only with squares for graphics.
  • Limited 2d interface.
  • 3d landscape and models unimplemented.
  • 3d interface unimplemented.
